What this site uses
Strictly necessary

What this site does not use
We want to be specific, because the absence matters as much as the presence:
- No session recording or heatmap tools. Software that replays what a visitor typed and clicked is a poor fit for a site where people describe their health, and we do not run any.
- No social media advertising pixels.
- No tag management container. Third-party scripts cannot be added to this site without a reviewed code change, which is a deliberate safeguard on a site carrying clinical forms.
- No analytics or advertising technology on the new patient intake or doctor referral forms. Those pages carry protected health information and are excluded.
How to refuse cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings, and most mobile devices let you reset or reject advertising identifiers. Guidance for each browser is published by its maker; general information is available at allaboutcookies.org.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website using Google’s browser add-on, and manage Google advertising personalisation in your Google Ads settings.
Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not stop you using this site. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will stop our forms from working, because the bot check will not complete.

We may update this policy as the technologies on the site change. The review date at the foot of this page shows when it was last checked against what the site actually loads.
